Meridian and Dubsado
Looking at Dubsado?
Meet Meridian.
Meridian is one product for photographers: a website on your own domain, client galleries, bookings with deposits, contracts, invoices and print sales.
What Dubsado is
Dubsado is best known as client management for small businesses: forms, contracts, invoices and workflows.
When Dubsado may suit you better
If you have built detailed workflows in Dubsado for several kinds of work, moving takes some planning. Meridian is made for photographers, with galleries and a website included.
How Meridian is different
-
Galleries included
Deliver photographs from where you book and invoice, with favourites and print sales.
-
A website as well
A website on your own domain, whose enquiries land in your pipeline.
-
Bookings with deposits
Clients choose a time, sign and pay the deposit online.
-
Workflows that send themselves
Reminders and follow-ups go out on their own, timed from the booking.
-
Made for Australian studios
Australian dollars, GST and your ABN on invoices, in your own time zone.
Moving across
- Export your client list from Dubsado as a spreadsheet (a CSV file).
- In Studio, open Settings → Bring work across and choose A spreadsheet of my own. Name and email are enough.
- Set up sessions, contracts and invoice details once.
