What Pixieset is

Pixieset is best known for client galleries, with a website builder, an online store and studio management alongside.

When Pixieset may suit you better

If your galleries, store and website all live in Pixieset and you are happy with them, there is no pressing reason to move. Meridian suits a studio that wants bookings, contracts, invoices and the website on one record, priced in Australian dollars.

How Meridian is different

  • Galleries and the rest of the business together

Galleries sit beside your website, bookings and invoices: one record per client.

  • Your own domain

Your website and galleries share your own address.

  • No commission on sales

Gallery sales are paid into your own Stripe account.

  • Start free

    Galleries are free.

  • Made for Australian studios

Australian dollars, GST and your ABN on invoices, in your own time zone.

Moving across

  1. In Pixieset, get your client list: Studio Manager → Clients → the ⋯ menu → Export CSV.
  2. In Studio, open Settings → Bring work across, choose Pixieset and add the file.
  3. Download your photographs: each collection → Download → Original size. There is no bulk export, so this is one collection at a time. Drop each set into its gallery.
  4. Pixieset does not export favourites or past orders. Those stay where they are, and your gallery links keep working until you close the account.

Questions people ask

Can I bring my Pixieset clients across?

Yes. Export your client list from Pixieset as a CSV file and bring it in on Bring work across, choosing Pixieset as the platform. Your Pixieset gallery links keep working until you close that account.

Do my favourites and past orders come with me?

No. Pixieset does not export favourites or past orders, so they stay where they are. Take screenshots of any orders you need for your tax records before you close the old account.
